Big, Secluded, and YOURS.

For those craving space, peace and seclusion. Our four secluded paddock sites are spread apart so you can feel like the bush is all yours. Each site has room to breathe, Room to spread out. No Lights, No crowds, No cars shuffling in and out. Just the crackle of the fire, the night sky and the quite of the station around you.

Each site has their own private firepit, and camp chairs included giving you the freedom to relax under the stars without interruption. True paddock camping, surrounded by natural bushland, raw rugged and beautifully untouched which are why they are our most popular sites.

Main Camp Ground

From $40 per night for 2 people and 1 car

Bush camping with simple comforts.

The main campground is the heart of Meralda - It offers a more social but still spacious outback experience. Site are unallocated, so you can set up wherever feels right.

We offer scattered firepits, and direct access to a simple rustic camp kitchen, rustic bathroom facilities. Big skies, birds, amazing sunsets and silence without losing that outback charm.

Sites are DIRT, no slabs, just natural bush ground which might include some stray burrs and room to set up how you like. Perfect for campers that love the outback, but prefer to stay closer to amenities.

Whether you’re toasting marshmallows by the fire, soaking in the quiet of the outback, or sharing stories under a star-studded sky, our campground invites you to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Self Sufficient Camping

From $25.00 per night for 2 people and 1 car

For the adventurers and off-grid enthusiasts, our self-sufficient campsites provide the perfect place to unplug and reconnect with nature, these are unallocated. These sites offer no access to NONE of our facilities so you will need to have all your own gear for an authentic outback camping experience where the stars are your ceiling, and the land is your backyard.

    Like all of our offerings, our bathrooms are also rustic, functional and clean.  We offer two (2) loos, and 1 open air moon shower for you to embrace connecting with the outdoors and enjoying the amazing clear open sky.

Important booking info

  • Meralda Station is a farm located in the outback. Please expect dust, amazing sunsets, flies, fabulous hospitality, burrs, quirky animals, unreliable weather forecasts, tranquility and ambience.

  • Open for accommodation bookings seasonally only, April through to October.

    • Camping pricing is for two adults and all children under 3 stay free.

    • Caravan pricing is inclusive for up to two people, but we can cater for up to four guests.

    • Any other additional guests to be added as extra guests in the extras/add on section on our booking page.

  • Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy and other terms of service by reading our terms and conditions prior to booking.

    No refunds for cancellations booked in August due to peak demand for the Mundi Mundi bash.

    • Whilst we welcome group bookings, please note we are not always able to accept them.
